Barry’s unofficial job title is Chief Storyteller. As an Entrepreneur, Barry’s job is to tell the story and keep it alive, moving, and changing to meet the changing opportunities, challenges, and times. His real passion is helping other people to be the best versions of themselves, create more powerful and effective lives, and to be their own storytellers.
He works with students in developing basic skills, he works with small business owners on the organization and structure of their businesses. He offers professional coaching to fellow entrepreneurs, business owners and managers. Barry is also an accomplished public speaker, having been invited to present at universities and colleges about entrepreneurship and the uncommon sense needed to excel and succeed in today’s work environment. Whether you are a student, manager, or small business owner – Barry can work with you on fundamental skill development, working with a young workforce, or consultation on the organization and structure of businesses. He offers professional coaching to fellow entrepreneurs, business owners and managers. He teaches effective practices for working with others and presents strategies to combat the increasingly uncommon philosophy in business management – work life balance. Additionally, Barry can help you up-skill by teaching you to be intentional with your words and harness the power of language to create effective work and play environments. Barry offers one-on-one personal coaching to leaders in the workforce, be they management, CEOs, or business owners. He works mainly on effective communication and developing a clear and concise narrative by which to function, create, and move. He works with his clients to develop a ‘Linguistic Center’ from which they act to take care of their short-term and long-term concerns for both business and personal growth.
